Founder’s Story
SYCARPRO was founded by Janet, who started her career as an ordinary sales representative in a polishing machine factory in China.
During those years, Janet worked closely with overseas customers in the automotive detailing industry and gradually realized that many buyers needed more than just a single factory supplier.
Customers often asked for additional help, such as:
• sourcing other car care products outside the factory’s product range
• storing small-batch purchases temporarily in China
• combining goods from different suppliers
• recommending reliable factories for related products
• solving sourcing and logistics problems in the industry
However, as a factory employee, Janet could only provide limited support within the factory’s business scope.
This experience inspired her to build something different.
In 2020, Janet left the factory and founded her own sourcing and export company with one simple goal:
To provide flexible, practical, and customer-focused solutions for global buyers.
Although SYCARPRO is not a factory, many customers still choose to work with us because we always make decisions from the customer’s perspective — helping them save time, reduce costs, and simplify sourcing in China.
With years of industry experience, Janet has built a stable supplier network and developed a deep understanding of the automotive detailing supply chain.
But more importantly, Janet believes that patience, honesty, and long-term trust matter more than short-term business.
Even if a customer does not place an order with us, we are always willing to share industry knowledge, answer questions, and help solve sourcing problems whenever possible.
Since the company was founded in 2020, we have supported many customers worldwide — from small startup buyers to long-term container shipment customers.
We never judge customers by order size.
